Master of Arts in Educational Administration
To enhance significantly the leadership aspirations and abilities of the candidates, so that they will exercise major influence in the elementary, secondary and tertiary levels of education through system-level administration, development of model programs in individual schools, teaching and research, and involvement in professional organizations related to education.
Master of Arts in Elementary Education
To develop the competence of candidates in teaching, supervision, research, administration, and program development related to elementary education and to develop the ability to formulate appropriate measures to deal with such issues.
Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Supervision
To prepare students for careers in educational leadership in both public and private service and to provide professional training for personal growth and development in those aspects needed in an ever-changing social, economic and political milieu.
